Your responsibilities and tasks:

We are seeking a skilled Business Engineer (f/m/d). You define new customer services and seamless integration with other digital touchpoints in coordination with the divisions and country organizations. You will be responsible to evaluate solutions for our customers centrally but aligned with the divisional Units and oversee the roll-out including the set-up of the local operating model (e.g. support structures, project management) and trainings. The responsibility for the continuous growth of the active user number in the customer portal and the usage of the available features spurs you on.
The GEA Digital Hub Düsseldorf is dedicated to digitalizing GEA's customer interface, creating new digital products and services, and establishing innovative business models. Working collaboratively with digital units across all divisions, the Hub offers GEA-wide platforms, services, and methods to support these efforts. As a corporate start-up, the GEA Digital Hub operates with an agile approach, driving digital transformation throughout the company.
The Business Transformation chapter supports GEA in migrating its business into the digital age. We work on topics such as new business models and bring them to life for customers on the digital customer interface of the future, the GEA Portal. We work closely with our customers and the individual divisions so that we always have an ear to our internal and external customers.

Your responsibilities:
Driving the development and definition of business requirements for digital and customer-focused solutions in a highly complex market environment
Developing and prioritizing epics and user stories, based on customer value (desirability), economic viability (viability), usability (usability), and technical feasibility (feasibility), in close collaboration with the product owner, development, and UX design
Monitor our digital solutions to define improvements and next releases based on customer feedback and user data analysis
Support the scaling of our digital products together with our internal stakeholders and different country organizations
Your profile and qualifications:
Master's / Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or IT
Experience in a similar role as a Business Engineer or Product Manager
Experience in working with agile methods, scrum, design thinking
Strong communication and analytical skills coupled with empathy to navigate both corporate and more technical environments
High social competence and outstanding communication skills
High level of self-motivation to achieve goals and the drive to achieve success together as a team
Affinity for digital topics & projects
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
