JOB DESCRIPTION: - Assist Supervisor to achieve the planned productivity, quality and delivery. - To monitor production progress in line with production plan. - Assist Supervisor to reply the progress of the orders given in SAP. - Reply point - Reply scrap and rework - Close order (MO) on time - To ensure health & safety apparatus and environmental protecting has been applied - Assist Supervisor to achieve the shipment - Assist Supervisor for maintaining discipline and building morale among member of the workforce - To ensure 5'S activities is in good condition - To conduct in line with quality, environmental, health and safety policy - Familiar with all production process and machine capacity to allow effective - Follow up GR Min TECHNICAL & BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS: - Supervisory skill - SAP reply point - Lean Manufacturing - Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills. - Able to work and collaborate well with others within a dynamic team environment. - Computer Literacy in Basic Microsoft. - Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. - Proactive, positive and able to work with minimum supervision.
